HI, i'm Gemma, founder of MarketingGems. I have two big passions in life, all things health and wellbeing and marketing, so it seemed natural to combine the two and create a small bespoke marketing agency just for the health and wellbeing sector.

I have worked in marketing, events and communications my whole career. Over those 20 plus years I have worked for small and large organisations and gained experience across multiple sectors from leisure and education to technology and security. 

I love the creativity of working in marketing and using different techniques to bring ideas, people and companies to life.

I have always been into fitness, in my younger days working as a part time aerobics and gym instructor. However, my real passion for health and wellness came about as a result of developing chronic fatigue syndrome. This led me into a world of trying out many healing modalities, from yoga and nutrition to energy healing work, osteopathy and everything in between. It was on this journey to restore my own health that I decided to qualify as an Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner, yoga and meditation teacher and a Face Yoga instructor. I started my own You Tube channel to help others with this condition recover, and it was by doing this I realised I really enjoyed setting up a healing business - and the idea for MarketingGems was born.  

 

Being involved in the wellbeing industry, I speak your language, and having been a customer for many practitioners, I know first hand what a client is looking for.

Being a small business myself, I work flexibly with my clients and work holistically with them to choose the best marketing solutions for their business and budget.
